    DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE

    From 405 South take the NE 8th Street exit heading West. The first light you come to is 112th Ave
    NE. Turn Right. Continue through 2 lights and we are on the right side of 112th. Look for building
    1418 with a sign reading “Eastside Smiles and Dr. Sweeney, Dr. Akimoto”. Free underground parking
    is available.
